Coliform Water Test

Intended use: This product can be used for the detection of total coliforma in drinking water and other water sources.
Result reporting:
1. Single tube samples can be reported as negative or positive.
2 For multiple tubes of diluted samples, you can look up the MPN search table and report the total E. coli value in 100ml of water sample
Storage conditions and shelf life
If stored in a sealed container at 2℃~30℃, the shelf life is two years. After opening, store at 2℃~30℃, the shelf life is one month.
Sample Notes:
1 When the sample is strongly acidic or alkaline, the pH value of the sample should be adjusted to 7.0-7.4 before testing
2 When testing water sources, if the pollution is serious, the dilution should be increased. 1.0 , 0.1 , and 0.01ml can be inoculated, and 5 tubes should be inoculated for each dilution.
